Browse around the web site and click the 'BUY' buttons to select the products that you want. Your basket will be updated at each stage. You can 'view basket' at any time. When viewing your basket you can alter the quantities of any product - click 'update shopping basket' if you make any changes

If you are an existing customer you can log in to your account. New customers have the option to set up a password protected account (follow the on screen instructions) or order without setting up an account
The first stage is to confirm your delivery address. Click [use this address] to set your registered credit card address or any of the previous details that are stored for account customers. You can also enter a completely new delivery address which will be stored for your future convenience. If you do this click the box labeled 'Use this address'.

You are now at the stage where you can input an offer code. Click the button labeled 'offer code' and enter the code you have been given into the box. Do not include quote marks eg '.
If you do not meet the conditions of the offer you will be advised accordingly.

Click to continue to the next step where you can confirm that you want to pay online by credit or debit card offline - by sending a cheque or postal order. If you select to pay by credit or debit card you can use Mastercard, Maesto, Visa, Visa Debit or by using your Paypal account.

You now have the opportunity to add a message to your order. Please also tell us how you heard about us.
Click 'submit order' to finally confirm your order
When you click 'submit order ' you will be transferred to the Protx Payment System where you can select your preferred payment method and enter your card details in a totally secure environment.

Protx will then confirm your details and ask your bank to authorise the transaction. All of the major card companies have introduced new security systems to protect you and the retailer. These should all be familiar to you. Just complete the onscreen instructions.
